PRE|CARE

Your transformation starts long before you step into the treatment room. Pre-care is a simple ritual that helps your body reduce inflammation, supports lymphatic flow, and allows each sculpting modality to work at its highest potential. With the right preparation, every session becomes more effective, more sculpted, and more aligned with your goals.

01

01

Hydrate Deeply

Increase water to 64-80oz/day starting the day before your session.
Helps: Blood flow, lymphatic drainage, cavitation results, metabolism.

02

Avoid These 24 Hours Before

• Alcohol
• Caffine
• Salty Foods
• Fried/Greasy Meals
• Heavy Carbs Late At Night
Helps minimize bloating + water retention so sculpting works better.

02

03

03

Light Meal

Choose: Protein + Veggies + Light Carbs.
No big, heavy meals before the appointment.

04

Clean — Bare Skin

No oils, lotions, or body butters on the area being treated. This ensures machines glide properly and heat distributes evenly.

04

05

05

Optional Boost

• 10-15 minutes of light walking or stretching
• Warm shower to soften tissue
• Wear loose clothing to your appointment

POST|CARE

Your sculpting session doesn’t end when you leave the table — this is where the real transformation continues. Post-care supports your body as it flushes, tightens, and reshapes, ensuring every treatment settles beautifully and delivers the most refined results.

01

Hydrate Immediately

Drink 16-24oz of water right after your session.
Continue 80-100oz/day for the next 72hrs.

01

02

02

No Heavy Meals for 2 Hours

Avoid: Greasy Foods, Carbs, Fast Food, Sugar
Body is metabolizing — keep it clean.

03

Avoid for 48-72 Hours

• Alcohol
• Caffeine
• High Sodium Foods
• Sugary Drinks
• Smoking
All slow down fat metabolism and lymphatic flow.

03

04

04

Move Your Body (Lightly)

Do 10-20 minutes of light cardio after your session:
• Brisk Walking
• Stair Machine
• Elliptical
This helps flush fat + enhance tightening.

05

Do Not Exfoliate for 24 hours

If you did RF or cavitation, let the skin calm down. Avoid exfoliants, retinoids, AHA, BHA on treated areas.

05

06

06

No Heat Exposure for 24 Hours

Avoid:
• Sauna
• Hot Tubs
• Steam Rooms
• Super Hot Showers
Especially after RF tightening — the skin needs recovery time.

07

No Alcohol for 72 Hours

Alcohol derails results by slowing fat clearing + dehydrating tissue.

07

08

08

Wear Your Waist Trainer

Wear 2-4hrs after treatment to help shape, compress, and reduce swelling. Do NOT over-tighten.

09

At-Home Lymphatic Support

Highly recommended between visits:
• Dry Brushing (Daily)
• Light Self-Massage
• Vibration Plate
• Epsom Salt Bath (Not Same Day)
• Warm Water With Lemon In The Morning

09

10

10

Consistency

True fat breakdown + collagen remodeling happens over time:
• Hydration + Clean Eating
• Weekly or Bi-Weekly Sessions
• Regular Movement
This is how clients get long-lasting results.
