With the right preparation, every session becomes more effective, more sculpted, and more aligned with your goals.

Increase water to 60-80oz/day starting the day before your session.
Helps: Blood flow, lymphatic drainage, cavitation results, metabolism.

• Heavy Carbs Late At Night
Helps minimize bloating + water retention so sculpting works better.

No big, heavy meals before the appointment.

Clean — Bare Skin

No oils, lotions, or body butters on the area being treated. This ensures machines glide properly and heat distributes evenly.

Your sculpting session doesn’t end when you leave the table — this is where the real transformation continues. Post-care supports your body as it flushes, tightens, and reshapes, ensuring every treatment settles beautifully and delivers the most refined results.

Hydrate Immediately

Drink 16-24oz of water right after your session.
Continue 60-80oz/day for the next 72 hours.

Avoid: Greasy Foods, Carbs, Fast Food, Sugar
Body is metabolizing — keep it clean.

Avoid for 48-72 Hours

• Alcohol
• Caffeine
• High Sodium Foods

• Smoking
All slow down fat metabolism and lymphatic flow.

Move Your Body (Lightly)

Do 10-20 minutes of light cardio after your session:
• Brisk Walking
• Stair Machine
• Elliptical
This helps flush fat + enhance tightening.

Do Not Exfoliate for 24 hours

If you did RF or cavitation, let the skin calm down. Avoid exfoliants, retinoids, AHA, BHA on treated areas.

Avoid:
• Sauna
• Hot Tubs
• Steam Rooms
• Super Hot Showers
Especially after RF tightening — the skin needs recovery time.

No Alcohol for 72 Hours

Alcohol derails results by slowing fat clearing + dehydrating tissue.

Wear Your Waist Trainer

Wear 2-4 hours after treatment to help shape, compress, and reduce swelling. Do NOT over-tighten.

Highly recommended between visits:
